Experts spot 5 mln users’ data leak, possibly from recruiter SuperJob

MOSCOW, Jun 23 (PRIME) -- Anti-leak company DeviceLock has detected a leak of almost 5 million users’ data presumably from a recruiting portal, the company’s founder and Technical Director Ashot Oganesyan told PRIME on Tuesday.

“The set of files was released yesterday, probably, it was a piece from portal SuperJob’s base…The files can be downloaded for free,” Oganesyan said.

The files contain names, surnames, gender, dates of birth, phones, e-mails, salary expectations, and other data.

The leak could have occurred due to a vulnerability in the data base server, the expert said.
